Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship all over Lebanon.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We will prepare and ship your orders within 24 hours and you should receive it in 2 to 3 business days.
Do you offer fast shipping?
We do at extra shipping cost, our rates are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders above 40 USD are eligible for Free Shipping. Offer applied automatically at checkout.
What if I'm not home?
You can authorize us to leave your order at your neighbors place.

Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns, please contact us to make an arrangement for your return.
Can IΒ exchange an item?
You can exchange an item. You need to notify us about the item you want to exchange and you need to place a new order for the desired item.
Are returns free?
A 3 USD return fee applies to all returned orders.
How long does it take to process a return?
Processing a return may take 2 to 3 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by cards and Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders it must be paid in USD. we apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
Which currency will I be charged in?
For payment by card you will be charged in USD.
How long it takes to process a refund?
Depending on your bank, you may see the refund on your card in 7 to 10 days.

No we don't have a physical store. However, we offer a pick-up service for your order for free.
